Our beautiful baby boy Beau Samuel Tanner was stillborn at 33 weeks on Monday 18th March 2013 at 06.32am weighing 2.27kg (5lbs). Even though we were told at his 12 week scan he was very poorly and we could lose him at any time, he stayed with us long enough so we could get to hold him and see his beautiful face, his cute little nose, his gorgeous baby feet and everything else about him. It was a tough, heartbreaking time for us, our family & close friends, but also the most amazing journey. He taught us so much: to be thankful for EVERY day we are alive, to fight for your life, to not get worked up over the trivial things - life is too short. Although Beau's life was only 8 months in this world, his life was full - he was looked after, cared for and loved very, very much. We are so relieved he didn't suffer and was taken straight to heaven to be an angel watching over us. We feel so privileged that God chose us to be his parents and that he made us a family. We miss him so much but hope that one day we will all be together again. We love you Beau xx
